The semiconductor tape is made of glass cloth impregnated with PTFE. Nitofon No. 973sc is formed of a glass cloth substrate sintered and sintered with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) containing semiconducting carbon. This tape is a single surface treatment tape coated with silicone resin adhesive. The semiconductor substrate is excellent in heat resistance, mechanical strength and antistatic property.
