On April 15th, 16th, and 17th, Professor Yoshiaki Sato from SKO Company in Japan visited the company for a 3-day lean training.
The theme of the April training is quality awareness, safety awareness, and responsibility. At the same time, the teacher also provided focused training on improving the production site, including segment picking operations and production kanban management, process improvement, and investigating on-site waste. The TPS lecture provided training on the theme of quality improvement.
On April 8th, 9th, and 10th, Professor Yoshiaki Sato from SKO Company in Japan visited the company for a 3-day lean management training and guidance. The teacher conducted an analysis of the training effectiveness in December 2018, January 2019, and April 2019, and also reviewed and revised the training methods and progress of lean management training.
The focus of this training is on providing guidance on improving the production site and training on customer audit and factory inspection knowledge. At the same time, it also guides 5S training on the production site. Further strengthen the management foundation of the production site.
