Hti01 is an innovative insulation material developed to delay the thermal conduction of EV battery packs and improve their charging and discharging capabilities under low temperature conditions. When combined with Rogers foam, it can act as both a heat barrier and a pressure management system.
Hti-01 the material can be sealed with vacuum PET or phlogite (photo A). When combined with styrofoam and silicone (photo B/C), thermal insulation and compression control are possible. It is an ideal material for basic cell pads and pouch cell pads.
